概 述
PPP（Public-Private Partnership，政府和社會資本合作）模式在我國基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與公共服務(wù)領(lǐng)域的推廣正如火如荼，這與市場在資源配置中的決定性作用和更好的發(fā)揮政府在經(jīng)濟(jì)中的引導(dǎo)性作用的出發(fā)點(diǎn)，創(chuàng)新基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投融資和建設(shè)模式是高度契合的。
PPP涉及面極廣，非任何單個學(xué)科可覆蓋，而且理論前沿性和實(shí)務(wù)操作性極強(qiáng)，需要復(fù)合型人才和復(fù)合型團(tuán)隊(duì)，需要理論密切結(jié)合實(shí)踐系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)。
